Radiohead has released a new video (and single) following their complete disappearance from the Internet this past weekend. This is following the band’s 5 year hiatus, and marks their first single since 2011. “Burn the Witch” was directed by Chris Hopewell and is meant to channel The Wicker Man, a classic horror film about a secluded community in Scotland. The release of the song and video was a total surprise, but the band had sent some fans postcards with hints about the release.
Not much is known about their upcoming studio album, but we could be expecting it as soon as June. This would make sense since they start touring in late May.
You can hear the new song below, and we will keep you updated on the studio album release date.
