Your favorite sneakers just got an upgrade with Converse‘s new All Star Modern line. The collection celebrates the 1920 styles by including modern technology in the design process, including some help from the company’s parent company Nike.
Some background: the 1920 All Star was the brand’s first sneaker. How will its ancestor, the Modern, differ? According to creative director Bryan Cioffi, the sneaker“lightweight, crafted for active, on the go lifestyles. We discovered that these always-on creatives were ready for more from Converse, so we gave it to them.”
The All Star Modern line will be available in high and low tops and several color options. You can grab them on June 16th.
