Frank Ocean fans have anxiously been awaiting his new album Boys Don’t Cry which was originally expected last July. It has been nearly five years since his debut Channel Orange in 2012, so this anxious waiting is completely warranted by fans. The New York Times reported that his sophomore album would be available August 5th through an exclusive deal with Apple Music but so far, on Apple Music, there is nothing. Ocean has remained silent, too. Now, the new rumored release date is November 13th according to the old fashioned library card on Ocean’s website on July 2nd.
On August 1st, Ocean posted a livestream of him sawing wood, supposedly building a staircase. We aren’t sure where it leads, but it’s not the studio because the album isn’t here. When is this album coming?!
