The comedy world has lost a great comedian. Charlie Murphy lost his battle with leukemia on Wednesday in an NYC hospital. Charlie was the older brother of comedian Eddie Murphy. Charlie made a name for himself. He was a talented stand-up comic, actor, and comedic writer. Charlie is best known for his work on the “Chappelle’s Show”. He was featured on famous skits about Prince and Rick James. Murphy was also accredited to help co-write with his brother Eddie “A Vampire in Brooklyn” and “Norbit” He has definitely left a great legacy behind. Here is a clip of one of his famous skits:
